Quizzical Lucy on the Quilt

I was in the mood for another quilt-and-cat photo. (I am a cat-person who is currently without a cat, so I have to get a fix someplace once in a while!) Anyway, in addition to the bonus of the adorable cat, this is a really, really nice quilt. There's something in me that wants to make one of these someday.

My mom made me a cathedral window wallhanging. It only took her a while to finish it -- I reckon she was waiting for me to stay in one place long enough. It now hangs on the door of my sewing room. I also have a little grey kitty who likes to sit on my quilts (see my latest post!) but he's not allowed to sit on that wallhanging.
