You might have noticed by now that I really like bright colors. But I have also developed a definite fondness for neutrals, and I love all those taupes the Japanese are so crazy about. (This album quilt is by Megumi Mizuno and won first prize in Traditional Applique in 2003.)

I also love bright colors and love using them in quilts, but have also recently grown an appreciation for more subtle neutrals lately as well. Always love all your quilt photos, both yours, your mother's and from festivals.

Thank you! I started out taking pictures at the quilt shows just for myself, but I love that other people enjoy them too. (Besides, it encourages me to take more and better pictures!)
