So here is all the pink fabric I've been buying lately. (I include the one piece of Freshcut with the ivory background because it is the pink colorway, even though it's not terribly pink overall.) Three pieces are Freshcut, several are batiks, and... I frankly don't even remember what the rest of them are. Mostly they are half-yards, so this is a LOT of fabric.

it's a lot of AWESOME fabric!!!! i am working on a pink baby quilt. it's a kit so i feel a little like i'm cheating but i love their fabric choices so oh well! :)
I am not exactly sure what I'm doing yet - something sort of monochromactic, I think. I am just collecting pinks for now and letting my subconscious brew on it. I have given up on the idea that I am going to get any quilting done before we move to a bigger apartment in the fall, anyway. Right now there's just no room to sew!
Pink is my favorite color! I was at a fat quarter frenzy sale this past fall and a woman next to me said "Ewww, pink, who would want a pink quilt." I would! Speaking of pink, have you been following the "quilt pink" auction on e-bay - lots of ideas for pink quilts there.

Yeah, pink is kind of a love-it-or-hate-it thing, isn't it? I've been through phases of both.
oh wow! I love the pinks! I bought a whole lot of pinks at Sisters this month. Several Valorie wells prints, and a fat-quarter bundle. I heart pink!
